New Orleans

My return trip from Florida in 2010 featured an impulsive detour to famous New Orleans! In the bar to the right, I shared the world’s supposedly strongest drink, a Hand Grenade, with my daughter! The humid heat set the scene for a lifetime memory.

Left Field Bleachers

I captured this left field scene at a rainy night game at the Giants baseball stadium while on a photo shoot with a friend at AT&T Park in San Francisco over a decade ago.

Piering at Alcatraz

This classic view of Pier 39 and Alcatraz is one of the most recognizable San Francisco icons. I enjoyed fiddling with filters to obtain this artsy version of the original shot.

Edgewood Park

Edgewood Park & Natural Preserve is a favorite hiking destination for the singles group I was involved with years ago at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. This artsy version conveys the feeling and flavor aptly.

Bye, Bye Baby!

I captured this scene at a Giants baseball game photo shoot with a friend at AT&T Park in San Francisco over a decade ago. The iconic phrase “Bye, Bye Baby!” was based on Giants’ announcer Russ Hodges’ signature home run call. For a baseball fan, this is the ultimate thrill of watching the game, as illustrated…

Turnaround

The famous San Francisco Cable Car completes one of the numerous daily U-turns to continue shuttling eager sight-seeing passengers through a myriad of memorable scenes.

This twilight scene awakened childhood memories as I witnessed the children cavorting in the meadow, awaiting what, in my day, would have been the inevitable shriek from my mother to come home immediately!
